Do I need appointment?

No. We accept walk-in patients Monday – Friday from 7AM to 7PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 6PM at all three urgent care locations.

Can I make an appointment if I want to?

Yes. Just call 605-791-7788 for our Haines Ave location or 605-791-7777 to contact our Baken Park location. Or you can check in online using our app or by clicking here.

Do you accept my health insurance?

We work with most major health insurance plans. Before you are treated we will confirm your costs including your co-pay or deductible, and when it’s time to pay your bill use whatever method is best for you—we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

Do I need health insurance to get treatment?

No. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Upfront pricing is shared with patients so there are no surprises.

Are you part of Black Hills Surgical Hospital?

Black Hills Urgent Care, LLC is owned by Black Hills Surgical Hospital, LLP which is proudly owned by physicians.

What if I need to continue medical treatment after I visit?

If required, we will work with to arrange continuing care options. Our affiliation with Black Hills Surgical Hospital often allows for seamless treatment for ongoing issues.
